Winged Warriors - Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Winged Warriors game ("the game") developed by Heffay Presents. By playing the game, you agree to these terms.

License

Heffay Presents grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game on Android devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to play the game fairly and responsibly. You may not:

Cheat, hack, or use exploits to gain unfair advantages
Manipulate leaderboards or achievements through unauthorized means
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the game
Use the game for any commercial purpose without permission
Interfere with other players' experience or the game's services

Leaderboards and Achievements

The game features public leaderboards through Google Play Games. By participating in leaderboards:

Your scores and rankings may be visible to other players
We reserve the right to remove scores obtained through cheating or exploits
Leaderboard availability depends on Google Play Games services

Game Progress and Cloud Saves

Your game progress is saved locally and may sync to Unity Cloud Save. While we make reasonable efforts to preserve your progress:

We cannot guarantee that saved data will never be lost
Cloud save functionality depends on Unity Gaming Services availability
You are responsible for maintaining your own device and account security

Third-Party Services

The game uses third-party services that have their own terms:

You agree to comply with the terms of these services when using their features.

Virtual Items and Currency

The game includes virtual currency (coins) and virtual items (bird skins, accessories). These virtual items:

Have no real-world monetary value
Cannot be exchanged for real currency
Are licensed to you, not owned by you
May be modified or removed as part of game updates

Intellectual Property

The game and its content (including graphics, sounds, and gameplay mechanics) are owned by Heffay Presents and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Game features and content may change over time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heffay Presents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to:

Loss of game progress or virtual items
Interruption of game services
Issues with third-party services (Google Play Games, Unity)

Termination

You may stop playing the game at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the game at any time
Suspend access for violations of these terms
Remove cheated scores or progress

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
