Carmada - Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Carmada, a browser game developed by Heffay Presents ("we", "us", or "our"). By playing Carmada, you agree to these terms. If you sign in with a Heffay Presents account, the Heffay Presents Terms of Service also apply to that account.

Summary: Carmada is free to play and still in development. Play fair, be decent to other players, and expect that things - including saved progress - may change or be reset while the game is built.

Playing the Game

You may play Carmada for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Cheat, or exploit bugs, in a way that gives you an unfair advantage or harms other players' experience - please report bugs instead
Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to play, or to collect data from the game or its servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the game, its servers, or other players' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the game's operation, including flooding it with requests
Use a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or includes personal information such as an email address

Accounts and Progress

An account is optional. Playing without one means your progress is not saved to our servers; anything the game keeps (such as your settings and saved vehicle builds) stays only in that browser, and is lost if you clear your browser's data
If you sign in, you are responsible for the security of your Heffay Presents account
We may suspend or remove access for players who break these terms

Virtual Items

"Chrome", vehicles, weapons, characters, Prestige, and everything else earned or bought in the game are virtual items that exist only inside Carmada. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. Carmada is in development, so we may rebalance, change, or remove items, and may reset saved progress, at any time.

Intellectual Property

Carmada, including its software, artwork, text, and logos, is owned by Heffay Presents or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Carmada is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. It is a game in active development: we do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that matches and saved progress will not be lost.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heffay Presents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Carmada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued play after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
